Israel was not created in order to disappear—Israel will endure and flourish. It is the child of hope and home of the brave. It can neither be broken by adversity nor demoralized by success. It carries the shield of democracy and it honors the sword of freedom.  -  President John Kennedy

Donate to Kosher Tube PDF Print E-mail

We invite you to donate to Kosher Tube. Every day of the week (except one of course) we put new Kosher video online, and we've built an online video community. We feel we're providing a valuable service. And we hope you think so too.

SPECIAL URGENT APPEAL (December, 2011): We have found a cost effective way to host videos, but our webmaster tells us that with nearly 8000 videos on line we are AGAIN RUNNING OUT OF SERVER SPACE! So as of today, we are starting a special appeal: The next $12,000 in donations will go to double our storage capacity. Without this money we will soon need to start taking some videos offline as we add new ones.

If you are a not a Canadian Citizen, we invite you to click one of the buttons on the left under "International Donations."

If you are a Canadian citizen, we invite you to click one of the buttons on the left under "Donate Canada." Your donations will go to our parent organization: the The Riverdale Jewish Community Centre a not for profit institution.

Our donation system is secure.

We use the PayPal system for donations, allowing you to use your PayPal account or your CREDIT CARD to make secure donations.

Please note: PayPal will allow you to make a one time donation with your credit card without becoming a member of PayPal.

You can also use the PayPal system to donate via a $10 monthly subscription. (You'll need to be a PayPal member to donate via subscription.)

You'll notice we provide unsubscribe buttons. If you choose to donate by monthly subscription, you can return to this page to cancel any time.

When you donate to Kosher Tube all your money goes to keeping Kosher Tube online and making it better. If you have any questions, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We'll respond promptly.

How do Kosher Jews treat the name of God?

[ Answer? ]

The name of God in any language is in and of itself holy, and Jewish law forbids its destruction. Consequently, many Jews will spell it in unusual ways such as G-d. Our Rabbinical advisors permit us to type out the name because on a computer monitor the image of words does not have the solidity and permanence of a document. However, we have been cautioned to ask you not to print out materials that have such a name on them, unless you are prepared to dispose of such a page in the proper manner. (Burial of such pages is best.)
